We are offering investment casting service which integrate selective laser sitering with rapid casting technique.
Our Rapid Casting process embeds the rapid prototype patterns in high-temperature industrial refractories.
High temperature industrial furnaces cure the refractory materials, producing a plaster mold that precisely replicates fine detail, thin sections, undercuts, radii and lettering.
Non-ferrous alloys are vacuum induction melted and poured into the plaster molds under vacuum condition which results in superior quality metal parts with no voids, producing a dense dimensional casting often requiring little finishing or post-processing.
The master-model is build by our SLS rapid prototyping machine to shorten the manufacturing time drastically.
